Carefully designed, it features a tri-ply construction with an outer layer of solid copper and an inner layer of stainless steel for durability. Stainless steel riveting ensures the handles are firmly attached and yet stay as cool as possible. Copper provides incredible conductivity to spread heat evenly and it also has an antibacterial effect.

Please note: over time copper may darken due to the natural oxidisation process. Use a copper cleaner to polish the outside of the pan to remove tarnish and blemishes and keep its striking hue and lustre.
