This curved tin is the perfect shape for oven-roasting of meat, poultry and vegetables. The easy-release non-stick coating is so easy to clean, even when caramelised meat juices are involved; they simply wipe away without the need to scrub. The deep side walls minimise splashes and the wide rim, featuring silicone inserts for added grip, make lifting the full tin to and from a hot oven both easier and safer. This tin is safe for use with metal utensils.
Made of heavy gauge carbon steel, it has excellent heat distribution and retention and won't warp. The tough non-stick coating is PFOA-free, provides superb food release and is easy to clean. The tray comes with a lifetime guarantee.
