Sony have revamped their renowned Alpha 7 mirrorless digital camera with advanced imaging innovations. The Mark III features a back-illuminated full-frame sensor and Sony's 4D Focus system for stunningly precise autofocus. Full Frame Image Sensor
An Exmor R CMOS sensor captures 24.2 megapixels of stunning detail. A back-illuminated structure enhances light collection efficiency and minimises noise to reveal the finest detail in every shot. Powered by Sony's super-rapid BIONZ X processor data, readout speed is double that of the Alpha 7 II. And with wide ISO range of 100-51200 shoot in low level light with no drop in quality.
High Performing Autofocus
Sony's 4D Focus system incorporates an innovative image sensor to capture movement in crisper detail. 693 phase detection AF points cover 93% of the frame. The Alpha 7 III locks focus on fast-moving action like sport or wildlife with tenacious accuracy. Eye AF provides speedy and effective eye detection and tracking, so you can take stunning portraits of moving subjects.
Brilliant Burst Shooting
Capture every aspect of detail in motion with up to 10 frames per second continuous shooting with AF tracking, and up to 8fps in live-view mode. You can shoot silently in burst shooting mode with AF – ideal for wildlife photography when not disturbing the subject is vital.
Stable Shooting
In-body 5-axis stabilisation with gyro sensors and algorithms compensate for five types of camera shake to keep your work reliably smooth and crisp, however you work.
