FREE RETURNS VIA BOOTHS AND SHELL
You can return unwanted items up to 35 days after purchase.
Items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition (including all labels and tags intact)
- Not contain personal data or have been manufacturer-registered (for phones, tablets, computers, etc)
- There are some items that we can't return or exchange unless faulty. Read our return policy to find out more
How to return
- Use for returning johnlewis.com orders only. We're sorry that we can't accept returns for items bought at John Lewis & Partners shops.
- You can only return your product to a Booths or Shell garage that offers our Click & Collect service.
- Fill out the returns section on the front of your delivery note
- Remove the Booths or Shell label from the front of the delivery note.
- Attach this to your parcel with your items(s) and delivery note packaged securely inside
- Only use the label for that particular order
- Take the parcel to your local Booths or Shell garage (find your nearest branch here)
- After handing over the parcel you will receive an email confirmation
LOST YOUR DELIVERY NOTE?
We can only accept returns using the Booths or Shell returns label from your delivery note. Please use one of our other methods for returning your order (see our other methods here)
YOUR REFUND CAN TAKE UP TO 2 WEEKS
How returns are processed:
- It can take up to 7 days for your item to reach our returns centre
- Once we've received your item, we will check and process it. This normally takes up to 2 days, depending on how many returns we are dealing with. We'll then send you a Return Processed email.
- Your refund should appear in your account within 5 days of the Return Processed email.
